Yokai is a premium whiskey experience from Mugen Spirit curated by co-founder Kojin Tashiro, weaving Japanese mythology and lore into carefully selected bourbon barrels. Yokai are a lineage of mythological creatures, tricksters, and warriors. Each expression depicts a different Yokai.

The Yokai series kicks off with an extraordinary single barrel whiskey honoring the legendary Tengu, spiritual warriors of the forest who are symbols of knowledge, power, and sophistication.

• Age: Aged more than 9 years
• Proof: 141.8 proof
• Flavor notes:
  • Nose: Orange glazed biscotti, toasted cinnamon, slight note of butterscotch with a hint of sun-dried white raisins.
  • Palate: Warm, rich oak at the beginning, followed by prune, a little tangy tamarind, with a spicy root beer Bottle Cap finish.
